This is my life - Upcoming Mini Photography Exhibition in Amsterdam

There’s something sacred about simply existing.And yet, we’ve built a world that constantly interprets, labels, and judges.We scroll, we glance, we assume.But what if we paused… and just looked?

My upcoming exhibition, This is My Life, is an invitation to do just that.

On May 29th, I’ll open the doors to this new series with a vernissage evening in Amsterdam. You’re warmly invited to join—please RSVP to be part of this intimate night of images, stories, and reflection.

Why This is My Life?

The title holds dual meaning. It is a statement: This is my life.

But it’s also a lens: showing lives that aren’t yours, asking only for respect—not projection.

In a world quick to judge, this series asks you to stay neutral. To witness.To understand that a life—someone’s life—isn’t up for interpretation.It just is. And that’s enough.

The People I Met

This series was born from my travels, from moments when I slowed down and let people show themselves, without posing, without expectations.

Mothers, musicians, cleaners, dreamers, men who work 16-hour shifts to send money home, women who built their businesses from nothing but hope. Each with a different rhythm. A different light. A different life.

I didn’t want to capture them. I wanted to hold space for them.I didn’t ask them to smile. I asked them to be.

The Vernissage

On May 29th, you’ll be able to walk into their worlds - just for a moment.There will be photographs, short texts and other fragments. Reflections. Questions. A soft invitation to see without needing to understand.

The vernissage will feel like a small gathering of real people, in a city full of noise. A place to pause. To look at others without filters and to maybe, gently, see yourself in someone else.
